Time: 1330
County: Oakland
Location Description: Going west on 96 towards Lansing in the left median was a deer that looked recently hit, the "cougar" came out from the center median of grassy treed area to check out the deer, this was between Milford and Brighton. Appeared to be going to eat the deer? On freeway driving but it was definatly a cougar.
