Location Description: On Northbound I 75 aprox 1/4 mile south of Mile marker 229. Roscommon area.
Sighting Description:
Cougar was crossing the road heading east. As I was approaching it I slowed down considerably seeing there was a animal in the right lane. It stopped on the side of the road curled his tail upward as a cat would and turned it's head to look at my car as I was passing by. I could see the cougar clearly even though the night had some fog in the area, so I was driving under the speed limit.
